My services are covered by all Namibian medical aids provided you have auxiliary benefits available. NAMAF rates and a copayment to each visit apply.

Copayment ranges from N$ 60 to N$ 400 depending on consulation.

This is a video call lactation consultation, from the comfort of your home, wherever you are in the world.

As a first time mom, I struggled the first few days with breastfeeding. My little boy wasn't latching properly and I was close to crying everytime I had to breastfeed him, due to sore/cracked nipples. Thanks to Dorle's advice how to latch my baby properly and to use nipple guards, breastfeeding was not so painful anymore. After 3 weeks I was able to breastfeed without any problems and without nipple guards. As well did Dorle introduce me to Co-Sleeping, as I was so paranoid leaving my little one alone in the cod. I have ever since used this technique, and our sleep quickly has greatly improved. I highly recommend Dorle.
